About the Event
Each year the Satilla Riverkeeper hosts an annual river-wide cleanup, targeting the removal of chronic trash and litter scattered throughout the Satilla River watershed. For the 5th year in a row, the Glynn Environmental Coalition has partnered with the Satilla Riverkeeper.
On Saturday SEPTEMBER, 21st, from 9 to 11 AM, we will be leading the cleanup effort at the Highway 99 Landing Boat Ramp located off Highway 99 between Highway 32 and Highway 82 in Glynn County.
Gloves, garbage bags, and water will be provided. We just need YOU, RSVP today!
NOTE: The original date was August 24th but the event was postponed to Septemb er 21st due to high water levels on the river from Hurricane Debby.
